United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that:

International and EU Consumers
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action not subject to arbitration (if applicable) will be the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@dailyknown.com. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, the parties may pursue available legal remedies subject to Section 20.
General Terms
- Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force, and the invalid provision will be interpreted to best accomplish the objectives of the original provision within the limits of the law.
- Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
- Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
- Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any applicable additional terms and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
- Language; Interpretation. These Terms are in English. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. If we provide a translated version, the English version controls in case of conflict.
